A: To access the dashboard:

  • Log into your Smart360 system
  • Navigate to the "meter data" section from the main menu
  • on the side nav there is a section of device management with 3 sections - meter, inventory and service order
  • Click on meter and you will land on your desired meter device management page.

  • Assigned: Meters currently allocated to consumers and actively in service

Meter Inventory Management

Q4: what key metrics does the meter inventory dashboard display?

A: The dashboard displays key metrics:

  • Total Meters: Complete count of all meters in the system
  • Assigned Meters: Meters currently allocated to consumers
  • unassigned meters: meters that are currently not assigned
  • Under Maintenance: Meters temporarily out of service
  • Disposed Meters: Meters permanently removed from service
  • Use the tabs (All, Manual, Photo, Smart) to filter by meter type

  • Enter search terms in the search bar

  • Click the "Add Meter" button from the meters list view
  • The system will auto-generate a meter number
  • Fill in mandatory fields: Device Number, Utility Service, Meter Type, Category, Subcategory
  • Specify installation details: Premise, Floor, Location, Installation Date
  • Add geolocation data (Latitude/Longitude) if available
  • Optionally assign to a consumer using the toggle button
  • Enter manufacturer details if known
  • Click "Add Meter" to save or "Add & Next" to continue adding more meters
