  5. Progress Calculation: Completion Progress percentage is automatically calculated based on completed sections, uploaded documents, and questionnaire responses

Basic Info Tab Rules:

  1. RFP Title: Required field, must be unique within the organization, minimum 10 characters
  2. Description: Optional field, supports multi-line text input for detailed RFP requirements
  3. Status Dropdown: Defaults to "Draft", can be changed to "In Progress" or "Completed" based on completion criteria
