  • Consistency & Accuracy → Avoids errors from configuring modules in the wrong order (e.g., plans before service areas).
  • Completeness → Ensures no required fields or processes are skipped during initial setup.
  • Knowledge Transfer → Provides a structured reference for new utility admins or internal teams managing handovers.
  • Audit/Sign-off Support → Can be used as a checklist for configuration completion before onboarding consumers.

Prerequisites

  • Access & Permissions → Admin or Super Admin credentials for the SMART360 environment.
  • Subscription Plan Selection → The utility’s chosen subscription plan (defined with Bynry’s onboarding team).
  • Prepared Data → Master data sets ready for upload (organization details, consumer categories, service areas, tariffs, IDs/references).
