As a Back-Office User, I want to view a list of all functionalities, so that I can verify and access functionality information efficiently when needed.

Storytelling

Sam, a back-office user at Samoa Water Authority, needs to confirm the functionality details of a newly procured water meter. He logs into the SMART360 platform, navigates to the Functionality section, and accesses the list of registered functionalities. The structured list view provides Sam with all the details he needs, saving him time and ensuring accuracy in asset management, which streamlines his workflow and enhances operational efficiency.

Provide back-office users with an organized list view of functionalities.

Major Steps Involved

  1. Back-office user logs into the AX module of SMART360.

  2. Navigates to Settings > Functionality.

  3. Accesses the Functionality List View displaying all registered functionalities.

  4. Reviews details such as Functionality Name, Created By, and Created On.

Business Rules

  1. Only authorized back-office users can access the Functionality List View.

  2. The list should display the following fields:

    1. Functionality Name

    2. Created By (Automatically fetched from the user name of the person creating it)

    3. Created On (Automatically fetched from the local system time)

  3. Functionality details must align with the information entered during registration.

  4. The list should update dynamically when new functionalities are added.

  5. Error messages should display for any system errors:

    1. For database connectivity issues: “Unable to fetch data. Please try again later.”

    2. For missing data: “Data not found.”

Acceptance Criteria
