  • 90-day training curriculum (Foundation → Role Readiness → Advanced)
  • Internal Knowledge Base V2 (playbooks, troubleshooting, onboarding docs)
  • Cross-training sessions (Support ↔ Onboarding ↔ Training)
  • Quarterly bootcamps for refreshers

Support needed from other teams:

  • Product/Engineering: Product release training
  • Ops: Onboarding process for interns/new hires

Review Process:

  • Monthly team training audits
  • Quarterly KB accuracy checks (>90%)
  • Peer review of training sessions

Dependencies: Updated product documentation, stable KB platform (Bookstack/Odin)
