  • Tariff & rate configuration
  • Payment gateway integration
  • Notifications/alerts
  • Analytics dashboards
  • Role permissions
• Sign-off document shared with customer before go-live

Support needed from other teams:

• Product & Engineering: Confirmation of settings for new features and bug fixes during configuration

Review Process:

• Pre-go-live validation review (CSM + QA + Product)
• Audit of completed checklist stored in Odin/Knowledge Base

Dependencies: Access to customer data & systems, latest configuration guides
