Deliverables:
- Onboarding Survey
- Standardized onboarding playbook (role-based steps, handoffs)
- Data migration governance templates & checklists
- Integration readiness assessments (AMI, GIS, ERP, CIS)
- Clear onboarding milestone tracker (customer + Bynry)
Support needed from other teams:
- Product/Engineering: Release notes on upcoming changes to be incorporated in document
Review Process:
- Review with Product and Engineering team to make sure no steps were missed
- Weekly onboarding review calls with CSM Lead
- Customer sign-off at each milestone (Kickoff → Data Migration → Training → Go-Live)
- Internal playbook audit monthly
Dependencies: Data readiness from utility, stable product release cycles
