Timeline: Now – December 2025
Owner: Onboarding Specialist (with support from CSM)
Deliverables:

  • Standardized onboarding playbook (role-based steps, handoffs)
  • Data migration governance templates & checklists
  • Integration readiness assessments (AMI, GIS, ERP, CIS)
  • Clear onboarding milestone tracker (customer + Bynry)

Support needed from other teams:

  • Product/Engineering: Release notes on upcoming changes to be incorporated in document

Review Process:

  • Review with Product and Engineering team to make sure no steps were missed
  • Weekly onboarding review calls with CSM Lead
  • Customer sign-off at each milestone (Kickoff → Data Migration → Training → Go-Live)
  • Internal playbook audit monthly

Dependencies: Data readiness from utility, stable product release cycles
