Now, as Bynry scales from 45 employees toward 150 and beyond, laying this foundation is critical to ensure smooth growth without cultural dilution or operational inefficiencies.
Where will it apply?
Across all Bynry operations—global offices, customer-facing teams, engineering, product, business operations, and support functions. It ensures consistency in people practices regardless of geography or department.
