Utility Services Permissions

Navigate to Utility Setup > select a utility > go to the Permissions tab and assign the appropriate access levels. - Where can I check who has access to a utility service?

Managing Utility Units

Go to Utility Setup, select a utility service, then manually enter or select the unit from the dropdown list. - What should I do if my utility unit isn’t validating?
Check the format and spelling. Also, ensure the unit exists in the dropdown list if you're selecting instead of typing. - Why can’t I select a utility unit?

Module Permissions

Department Management

Ensure the name field is not empty and complies with character limits or format. - Why am I seeing a duplicate department name error?

Viewing Department Access

Editing Departments
