Utility Services Permissions

Managing Utility Units

    Check the format and spelling. Also, ensure the unit exists in the dropdown list if you're selecting instead of typing.
  3. Why can’t I select a utility unit?
    Make sure you’ve selected the correct utility service and that it allows unit configuration.

    Confirm all required fields are filled, and check your internet connection.
  5. Why is the updated unit not showing up?
    Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. It may take a moment for the system to update.

Module Permissions

Department Management

  3. I get an error when submitting a new department—how do I fix it?
    Ensure the name field is not empty and complies with character limits or format.
  4. Why am I seeing a duplicate department name error?
    The name already exists. Use a unique name for the new department.

Viewing Department Access
