1. How do I invite a new user to SMART360?

  1. Log in to SMART360 as a System Admin.
  2. Navigate to Organization Setup > Invite Users.
  3. Fill in the user's email, name, department, and role.
  4. Click Send Invitation.
  5. The user will receive an email with a registration link to join SMART360.

  • Email address
  • Full name

3. Can I invite multiple users at once?

Answer:
Currently, you need to invite users one at a time, entering their individual details and sending each invitation separately.

4. How does the invited user complete registration?

Answer:

  1. They receive a registration email.
  2. Click the registration link.
  3. Set a password.
  4. Complete account setup and log in.

5. What if a user doesn’t receive the invitation email?

Answer:

  • Ask them to check spam/junk folders.
  • Ensure their email server isn’t blocking SMART360.
  • Resend the invitation by entering their email again.

6. How do I resend an invitation to a user?

Answer:
Return to the Invite Users section and re-enter the user’s email details, then click Send Invitation again.


7. How can I check if an invited user has joined SMART360?

Answer:

  1. Go to Organization Setup > Invite Users.
  2. Scroll to the user list.
  3. Check the Status column to see if the user has registered.

21. How can I verify a user’s permissions?

23. Will removing a user revoke their access immediately?

Answer:
Yes. Once removed or deactivated, the user will no longer be able to log in or access SMART360.


24. Can I invite someone with an already registered email?

Answer:
No. You’ll get an error indicating the email is already in use. Ask the user to log in instead.


25. Who can manage users on SMART360?

Answer:
Only users with System Admin or Tenant Admin privileges can invite, edit, or manage users and their permissions.
