Prerequisites for Plan Creation
Before creating a plan in the system, several components must be set up:
Categories Setup
- Define plan categories (e.g., Commercial, Residential).
- Required for plan classification.
Subcategories Setup
- Create subcategories within each category.
- Provides more detailed plan classification.
Service Charge Types
- Configure additional charges that can be applied.
- Define charge names, basis types, and operations.
Rate Configuration
- Define different rate types and structures.
- Set up rate names that will be available for selection.
- Specify the Effective Date and Expiry Date.
- Choose from the following Rate Types:
- Fixed: A set amount per billing cycle.
- Variable: Rate changes based on factors like market price.
- Per Unit Rate: Charge based on unit consumption.
View or edit rates using theView Rateoption.Additional actions:Add Consent:Capture user consent where required.Add Document Type:Define document categories for record management.Add Document Sub Type:Further classify documents within each type.
