Complete lifecycle of the Employee in the ORG including other systems where information needs an update, keeping one place at Golden Source of Truth and all other inherit the data from this source.

This should remove the employee from all the places where his whereabout are present in the HR system and ORG including, HR, payroll, emails, devices, infrastructure , compliances and legal.
