SINGLE BILL -> kpi cards -

1) total outstanding amount - sum of all overdue & unpaid (delivered) invoices

2) total collection rate - (paid invoice % total invoice ) * 100

3) total overdue's - total consumer yet to pay

4) total Revenue generated - addition of billing amount (excluding the ones that are not paid yet

table columns - invoice number ,consumer,premise, bill cycle,billing month,consumption (units),billed amount,generated date, status , action (view ,report download)

Filters -

Status - all status , paid, overdure, delivered, draft

bill cycle - all ,monthly , bimonthly , quaterly

billing month - all months, january to december

generated date range -

Sorts on table list columns (asc - desc) - consumer,bill cycle,billing month,consumption (units),billed amount,generated date

BULK BILL -> KPI cards -

1) Billing Accuracy Rate - Average of all "Actual vs Estimate" percentages across active cycles -( sum of actual vs estimate % total number of actual vs estimate)

2) Total Revenue - sum of billed amout

3) Cycle Completion Rate - draft vs completed ratio -> (Completed Cycles ÷ Total Cycles) × 100

table columns - Bill Cycle Name,Run Date,Initiated By,Days Between Runs,Consumers,Actual vs Estimate,Billed Amount,Status,Action

Filters -

status - draft , completed

inititaed by -

consumer count range - all range , small (<500) , medium ( 500-1000), lange (>1000)

Days Between Runs - all duration, 30 days, 60 days , 90+ days

accuracy range -> min - max

Billed Amount Range -> min - max

run date range -> from date - to date
